About the runner
I am excited to start sharing my process in the world of trail running. It started with no big expectations, just the goal of finishing a race and staying consistent with training. I'm a regular guy getting into running. nothing fancy. I've got the basic gear, the motivation to keep showing up, and a growing love for the process.
