UTMB Index Race Results Information
Missing a Race Result on Your Profile? Here's What to Do
The UTMB Index works in partnership with race organizers. We only publish official results submitted by the race organizers — we cannot find or upload results ourselves, even if you send us a link.
If a race result is missing from your UTMB Index profile, following these steps is the easiest and fastest way to resolve your issue.
1. Check the Race Status on the Calendar
- Go to the UTMB Index Races calendar.
- Locate your race and check its status.
Race not listed on the calendar: The race organizer has not registered the event for that year. Please contact the organizer and ask them to add the race to the UTMB Index.
No results published (no “View Results” button): This is one of two cases.
- The results have either not been submitted yet by the organizer. (most cases).
- The results have been submitted but require manual validation by our team. (a small number of cases).

2. Results Are Published but Missing from Your Profile
This almost certainly means your result has not been linked to your account (a separate runner profile may have been automatically created with the same name). How to fix it:
Option A (Recommended):
- Find the race on the calendar.
- Open the published results.
- Locate your name in the list (use your finishing time or ranking to find it quickly).
- Click on your name to open the runner profile page.
- Request to attach the result to your account.
Option B:
Search for your name in the global runner search. If you see an additional profile, click on it. Request to attach the result (or merge the profiles) to your main account.
Additional Notes
Errors in time, ranking, elevation, or distance can only be corrected by the race organizer. Contact the race organizer and ask them to upload the corrected results to our website.
Following these steps resolves the vast majority of missing result issues. If you’ve tried everything above and still can’t see your result, please contact our support team with your race details.
