About the runner
Started Ultras at age 59 to "ease" into retirement. I'm a husband (42 yrs), dad (2 girls), and Pap Pap to 4 beautiful grandkids. I started with 50k's and have gradually built up to 200+ miles. Always looking for ways to continually challenge myself both physically and mentally. My friends think I'm nuts.
