Trail runner from Denmark with a deep love for long distances, nature, and physical challenges. I’ve completed multiple ultras, including Sörmlands ultra 100 km and 100M and I’m currently working towards my goal of running UTMB Mont Blanc in 2027. My training blends ultra cross country ski races in the winter and ultra mountain trail races the rest of the year. I thrive in technical terrain, night sections, and the mental rhythm of going long. I run for the adventure, the focus, and the feeling of being fully present in wild places. Trail running, for me, is about endurance, simplicity, and the connection with myself
