Running is a hard thing that (only) becomes moderately less hard the more that I train. It has taught me a lot and yet I still wonder (sometimes) why I do it. I'm early in my ultramarathon journey and consider 2023 a year to explore the kind of runner that I want to be. I run most often with my partner Kelsey.
