Started to run trails & road races with my running group of friends and continued to do it regularly for balancing job workload/stress. First ultra-trail competitions done again with my friends jumping directly in 2 of the hardest RO local races (Transylvania 100K and Marathon 7500). I survived them :) being pretty well trained with several semi & sky & marathons trails and some flat races done before. I loved it and never stopped to run ultras since then! Done a couple of 24h races on flat surface too, just for training and volume. Done also a couple of Everesting races as well. I loved it and I highly recommend it as perfect trainings for the big altitude differences of ultra-trails!
