At 37 years old, I've carved out a unique and fulfilling life as a clinical psychologist and a dedicated father of two. My passion for the mountains reflects my love for the great outdoors, where I channel my calm and disciplined nature into trail running. Despite starting running later in life, I've embraced the solitude and the challenge it offers, finding peace and focus on the trails. Balancing my professional and personal life, I've discovered that it's never too late to pursue new passions and find joy in the journey.
