About the runner

pace kills, not the distance i'm a slow runner. that allowing me to enjoy what's around me. being slow gives the possibility of longer distances, where you truly meet yourself. it gives you the opportunity to meditate, to talk to a friend, or just go from one place to another, without using anything else than your legs and heart. what do I do except running? i"m a mountain guide, i climb, i do yoga and business. and try to be the best father. everything i do, i do it slowly, but surely, like running ;-)
