Regular runners – Lottery Entry
Runners who want to secure their place on the start line of the UTMB® World Series Finals 2024 – the UTMB®, CCC® and OCC – will need to enter the lottery. To enter the lottery, they need two things: Running Stones and a UTMB Index.
Running Stones

Running Stones are cumulative, have no expiration date, and each Running Stone gives you an additional chance to be drawn.
The UTMB World Series Majors offer double the amount of Running Stones to all finishers.
Runners can find their Running Stones on the MyUTMB account, which can we accessed through the utmb.world website.
UTMB Index
The UTMB Index is calculated for each of the 4 UTMB World Series race categories: 20K, 50K, 100k and 100M.
A valid UTMB Index is achieved by completing at least one race of the UTMB World Series or a UTMB Index race in the relevant category within the previous 24 months.
To enter the Dacia UTMB Mont-Blanc lottery for the race of their choice, runners must have a valid UTMB Index as per the chart.

For UTMB World Series Majors, the top 10 in each category will have direct qualification.
Qualification with the UTMB Score
In addition to the top 3 male and female qualifiers for Events and top 10 for Majors, all runners who obtain a UTMB Score higher or equal to the one mentioned in this table, on a UTMB World Series race in the 50K, 100K or 100M categories, will qualify for the Final of the same category.
