Living in HongKong for more than a decade now, I love living and breathing in the outdoors and mostly any form of it. There's something incredibly liberating about navigating through forests, up steep inclined hills, and along rugged trails—it's where I feel most alive. Whether it's the the serenity of running through quiet forests or paddling in the sea,being outdoors isn't just a hobby for me; it's a way of life. There is something about being surrounded by the beauty of the wilderness that fills me with energy and excitement. Apart from trail running which is my larger passion,I also enjoy other trekking on high altitude , camping under the stars or water sports such as Stand up paddling, kayaking, coasteering, a challenging stream trek. The happiness that comes after climbing a hard elevations giving your personal best or on a wet, mossy, challenging waterfall climb is hard to describe. I volunteered as a marshal with the UTMB in HongKong last year and was highly inspired by all my ultra marathon running friends here who mostly did distances ranging from 100km+.
