All the sports I practice are related to the mountains. From 1978 to 1994 I climbed in the Tatra Mountains, Alps and Dolomites. I was an instructor of the Polish Mountaineering Association. I have been ski-touring and taking part in mountain runs for over a dozen years. Over the last year, I completed three cycling ultramarathons at distances of 715, 1250 and 700 km.
