About the runner
Trail runner driven by mindset, not medals. I found running through the mountains after rebuilding my mental and physical health, and it’s become my therapy and my proving ground. Long days, big climbs, and rough trails are where I do my best thinking. I run ultras to explore my limits and to show my children what consistency, resilience, and belief look like. Always learning. Always moving forward. 🏔️🏃♂️
