About the runner

Hi everyone, This year, my friend and coach Carlos Salgado and I have taken on this incredible challenge: running The Canyons Endurance Runs by UTMB 100-km ultramarathon that will test our physical, mental, and emotional limits. But this journey is about more than just pushing ourselves—it’s about making a real difference in someone’s life. In addition to training for this demanding race, we’ve committed to raising 100,000 lempiras or 5,000 dollars to support Eli Argueto - a 4 month old baby with little to no resources whom is now fighting microcephaly, spina bífida and ventriculitis. She underwent her first surgery last week Friday (7 of March 2025) and we managed to cover that first surgery with our own resources. The purpose is to raise 5,000 dollars at least to provide direct help and hope to Eli and her family who are going through this difficult situation. We want to ensure that through Built Different our effort has a tangible and meaningful impact. Your support means everything to us.
