About the runner

I am a motivated recreational runner who is looking for a balance to my office job. After many kilometers on asphalt, I discovered my passion for trail running in the beautiful Harz mountains in northern Germany. There is nothing better than exercise in the fresh air and in an intact nature - let's run without leaving any residue behind! It's great that trail runners usually have a backpack with them (also to pick up waste lying around).
