About the runner

My name is Erik Gustafsson — runner, ultrarunner, adventurer, and creator of the YouTube channel TerraNomads. For me, running is about more than times and rankings. It’s about freedom, nature, curiosity, and constantly exploring what the body and mind are truly capable of. I train and compete in trail and ultradistance races, preferably on rugged terrain where the weather and the elements play their part. I love the feeling of long distances, the meditative rhythm of moving forward, and the mental journey that only ultrarunning can offer. On TerraNomads, I document my path through films from training sessions, races, and outdoor adventures — from dark Swedish forests to iconic races.
