About the runner

I've always had a love for the outdoors as long as I remember. I was blessed to grow up with access to a family cottage, deep in the Natal Drakensberg in South Africa, where I spent the odd holiday exploring the mountains only returning home as the light started fading. Apart from running I'm also an avid mountain biker and have loved a range of other outdoor sports such as paragliding and rock-climbing.
