I am Patrick, a passionate amateur Trail Runner. By covering long distances, I find a way to unwind and deeply connect with nature. Each trail I run is a communion with the mountains, where I find balance and inner peace. Trail Running is my means of escape, exploration, and recharging amidst the vast wilderness of nature.
