About the runner

I have had my first 100K trail race in 2018, which was Vibram Hong Kong 100, finishing at 20:40. From then on, I kept on participating in trail races in Hong Kong and China, ranging from 30K to 168K. I was glad that during the Covid-19 pandemic, I was still able to join races to keep my passion on trail running, In Jiangnan 168 Series Race in 2021, I was satisfied with finishing the 168K race within 30 hours1.
