My name is Angela and I’m a V60 whose passion is running. My other main interest is eating… mostly healthy stuff, but I also enjoy the occasional cake or glass of wine, because life’s too short not to. And I love a good cup of coffee! I came to running relatively late in life, but now can’t imagine life without it and am hoping to keep going for as long as possible. I enjoy all distances, from Parkrun to ultra. I started off on the road and became a Good For Age Marathoner, but these days I prefer trails as they’re more interesting and easier on the body! I love encouraging and inspiring others to run and am always telling people it’s never too late to start.
