This attention paid to every step of the runner’s journey is notably illustrated through the partnership with NIRVANA, a specialist in supporting athletes during major sporting events, developing complementary solutions before, during, and, depending on the event, after the race.
The circuit and its partner developed this year the UTMB World Series Elevated Experiences – Powered by NIRVANA, allowing runners to benefit from personalized support across a selection of iconic events on the circuit.
The goal? To make race preparation easier for runners, support them at every step of their adventure, and allow them to fully experience the UTMB World Series, sharing moments with the trail running community and taking full advantage of everything that makes each event unique, well beyond the athletic challenge itself.
How does it work?
Ahead of the event, a dedicated NIRVANA point of contact can help them organize their travel, arrival, and stay. In line with the circuit’s vision and values, this support also includes finding more sustainable transport options, access to official race briefings, virtual sessions with experience ambassadors, and expert advice to better anticipate trail conditions.
During race week, dedicated services make their daily routine easier. Depending on the event, these may include priority bib pick-up, transports to the start line, shuttle zones, or accommodation, bag drop and pickup before and after the race, dedicated accommodation or base camps, as well as moments to connect with the trail community
