I’m a 67 y/o knackered old runner, I’ve been running ultras since 1984 with bests of 6:42 for 50 miles, 7:02 for London to Brighton, 8:28 for 100 km with 10th place in the National Championships in 1986. I’ve ran 2:38 for the marathon and 1:12 for a half. I’m still out there trying to hang onto my youth!!
