Trail runner based in Prague. I run trails for balance, connection, and the long game — seeking not just endurance, but harmony between body, mind, and nature. I average 30–50 km per week on technical trails. Although I’ve been trail running for 30 years, I only recently earned my UTMB Index (405). It was a tough decision to start racing — my trail ethos is about connection with nature, not chasing my Garmin. But my first ultra is on the horizon, with Corsica’s rugged beauty in my sights.
