I live in Fairfax Station, Virginia. Married with 2 young boys so most of the time I'm getting after it at zero dark thirty before the kids get up! I work full time in sales as well so with that, school, and all the kid's activities, you got to get it in when you can! My area is somewhat hilly which is good for quality weekly mileage but my ideal long runs are driving out west on the Appalachian Trail! My goal is to qualify for UTMB in 2025.
